With lot of enthusiasm to join in my dream company ,I entered into the ILP(Initial Learning Program) premises. I was completely surprised to hear a presentation from employee of the topmost management rank on the very first day. The day ended with a session on ILP followed by document verification and the bank account opening. The next day We had sessions on how to use the library, PAT test and sessions on i-security and health and safety. I was very happy when I was batched in J2EE stream . The theory sessions are very interactive and help me revise the concepts . The Biz-Skills sessions helped me in overcoming my shyness and start working as a team. It also helped me in knowing how to behave like a professional. I wish the coming days would help me to become project ready.
